E-Team Propel Workshop Spring 2026
The VentureWell E-Team Program gives student innovators the chance to move new science and tech ideas out of the lab and classroom and into the marketplace. The three-stage program provides grant funding, experiential workshops, coaching, and a potential investment opportunity to help teams manifest their project's full commercial potential.
During the E-Team Propel Workshop Spring 2026, your team will start to plan out and validate the pathway for your innovation, digging into business model design and mapping action plans to engage stakeholders and de-risk your venture. You'll cover topics including pricing and revenue models, strategic partnerships, and financial resources. Stage 2 provides your team with additional funding of up to $20,000. During this program, you will develop your business model hypotheses and a plan to test them and during the required three-month coaching period, you will execute on that plan to validate your business model.
Workshop Location/Dates/Times
As stated in the program guidelines, VentureWell requires that two key student members of your E-Team attend in the workshop in Boston, MA from Wednesday, May 13, 2026 - Thursday, May 14, 2026. Please plan to arrive the day before and depart the day after the workshop.

Important Registration Directions
Each team is required to send at least two participants. If your team wishes to send a third team member, please email Katie Solley at ksolley@venturewell.org for approval.
One person should register as your "Team Lead". This person will be asked additional venture-level questions during the registration process. It is the team leader's responsibility to ensure registration is complete by each team member before the deadline of March 13 and you may need to forward registration details over email to your team members. Failure to register before the registration deadline may result in your team not being able to participate in the workshop and access grant funds.
