E-Team Pioneer Workshop Winter 2023
Our E-Team Program gives college students the chance to move new tech ideas out of the lab and classroom and into the marketplace. The three-stage program provides grant funding, experiential workshops, expert coaching, and a potential investment opportunity to help teams manifest their projects' full commercial potential.
The Stage 1 E-Team Program provides $5,000 in grant funding to participate in the two-day in-person Pioneer workshop, where you will learn how to better articulate the opportunity for your innovation in the marketplace. Funds may be used on technology development and customer discovery.
During Pioneer, you will discover possible pathways for your venture, understand the important role inclusive team dynamics play in team performance, and create action plans to check fundamental assumptions. The workshop is designed to build your entrepreneurial skills and confidence as you explore essential topics like customer discovery, intellectual property, and market validation. Your team will collaborate with high-caliber peers and work closely with our dedicated teaching team as you map out the path for launching your invention. Your team will have access to coaching opportunities and mentoring after the completion of the workshop.
VentureWell is committed to holding a safe and engaging workshop. Please review our COVID-19 policy and implementation plan and familiarize yourself with the health and safety requirements for attending this workshop.

Please plan to arrive the day before and depart the day after the workshop.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are limiting attendance and only two individuals per team can participate in the workshop. Each team member who is attending the workshop must register. It is the team leader's responsibility to ensure registration is complete by each team member before the deadline of November 28, 2022 and you may need to forward registration details over email to your team members. Failure to register before the registration deadline may result in your team not being able to participate in the workshop and access grant funds.
