I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of my attendance at the National Innovation Network Convening 2025 (NIN).

• I grant VentureWell and/or partner(s) the right to take photographs and/or video recordings for the entire event for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please contact us at (413) 587-2172 or nin@venturewell.org.
• I agree to receive email communication regarding NIN-related promotions, products, and services. This information may be shared with event partners and attendees for the purposes of collaborative program activity and networking. • I understand and acknowledge the risks associated with attending the NIN convening including, but not limited to, the risk of exposure to contagious diseases or other illnesses and food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• I agree to comply with all applicable health and safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations implemented by VentureWell, local authorities, and venue management.
• I hereby release, waive, and discharge VentureWell and their officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages or losses arising out of or in connection with my attendance at the NIN Convening.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for my own well-being and health during the NIN Convening. I agree to take appropriate precautions, including seeking medical advice if necessary, to ensure my own safety and the safety of others.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VentureWell from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with my attendance at the NIN Convening, including any claims brought by third parties.
